General Questions
What areas do you service in the Rogue Valley?
We service Medford and all the surrounding areas such as: Central Point, Gold Hill, White City, Eagle Point, Phoenix, Talent, Jacksonville, Ashland and more.
Do I need to be there the entire time of the detail?
Not at all, when we arrive we’ll quickly go over the service requested and answer any questions you might have. After that we just need you to give us access to the vehicle, water, power and enough space to work. We come to you so you can continue about your day while we work.
How do I pay you? Cash, check or Card?
We accept both cash and card. We do not accept checks or money orders.
Are bookings by appointment only?
Mostly, while there may be a few times where we can sneak you in for a same-day service depending on your location and the services you are requesting. But for the most part, yes appointment only.
Can you detail my car at my job or apartment?
At you job? Yes, however there are a few things we need you to do prior to us starting work. First we need to know that the Building/Property management allows detailers to preform work onsite. Second we need space to work, if its possible please park the car somewhere we’ll be able to have full access to the car.
At your apartment? Yes, just be sure we’ll have room to work and move around the vehicle. We all know how bad apartment parking can be. So if you are able to park somewhere near an open space OR even better let us know if you have a wash bay at your apartment.
Is there a service fee in order to for you to come to me?
Fees suck. We never charge a fee based on where you live to service your vehicle, no matter where you are. Now there may be a minimum purchase amount to be meet, if you are outside of our primary service area. Regardless of your location, we’ll do our very best to schedule for service.
What kind of products do you use?
With the multitude of available products available in the detail market our inventory and supplies are constantly changing. However we ensure all products used on/in your vehicle are up to our high standards. As we only use the highest quality brands such as, The Last Coat, Meguiar’s, Griot’s Garage, Chemical Guys, Adam’s and few more.

Mini/Maintenance Detail
What is the different between the Mini/Maintenance Detail vs the Full Interior Detail
Our Mini/Maintenance Detail, is just that a detail but on a much smaller scale. You still get a deep thorough vacuuming and wipe down of all hard surface and seats. Making it more of a service to maintain that just detailed look. With the Full Interior Detail we hit the “reset” button on your car bringing it back to the best condition possible for you.
Does this service remove stains OR pet hair?
Yes it can. Just let us know when you request your quote what exactly you have in mind to be cleaned. Keep in mind this will result in additional charges for the additional work.
How long will you need my vehicle for this service?
Depending on the condition and size of your vehicle it could be: 1+ hours. However typically we are done under one hour.
Should I get the Mini/Maintenance Detail OR the Full Interior Detail?

Full Interior Detail
Do you remove my seats to clean underneath them?
We do not. We have the tools, products and know-how to avoid needing to do this. We take pride in our work, so rest assured you will receive the highest caliber service from us.
My (seat, dash, center console) is ripped, gashed, torn. Can you repair it?
Currently we do not offer any sort of upholstery/surface repair service.
Will you remove every stain?
We give you the guarantee that we will clean/restore your interior to the best condition possible. However there are times when certain stains have sat too long making it impossible for us to remove 100%. But even still we promise to do everything we possibly can to make it looks its best, should we run across something we cannot remove.
My car smells, can you remove the odor from my vehicle?
We can however this will be a multistage service. We’ll first need to preform a Full Interior Detail to get the vehicle prepped and ready for Odor removal, where we use a fogger OR Ozone machine to eliminate the smell.
Will my seats/carpet still be wet when you are done?
We use specialized upholstery tools that are designed to avoid over saturating surfaces with water, which in turn makes the drying time all the much faster. That being said when Oregon treats us to warmer/hot weather its very easy to have the carpet/seat 85%-95% dry by the time we are done. It could take up to an additional hour before they are 100% dry. However in those cold weather months drying time is extended as any moisture remaining in the seats wont evaporate as quickly due to the outside temperatures.
How long does a Full Interior Detail take to complete?
Generally we say expect anywhere from 2.5 hours to 4.5 hours. But it really depends on the size and condition of your vehicle. Once we see what we are working with we can give you a more accurate range of time expected for us to complete the service.
Exterior
Premium Wash
What’s the difference between running through the local car wash and your Premium Wash?
While both services are technically a “car wash” service. Our service is preformed a much higher level producing a higher level of quality and results.
Using washing/drying methods proven to be better for your vehicle’s hard surfaces and paint. We are able to avoid adding swirl marks or scratches. We clean the door jams, add a spray wax for protection and shine. As well as dress the tires with products that wont sling up on your paint as you drive off.
Will this remove scratches, water spots OR roughness on my paint?
Our Premium Wash is more focused to be maintenance service. Not to take the place of a thorough cleaning or polishing. If you are looking for water spot OR scratch removal that would be paint correction service.
How long will you need my vehicle for this service?
Depending on the condition and size of your vehicle it could be: 1+ hours. However typically we are done under one hour.
Gloss Wash & Wax
How long does the wax last?
This is going to vary on how you store and take care of your vehicle. If its spending 90% of the time outside exposed to the elements rain, sun, bird poo and the like unfortunately the wax wont last as long. Averaging 1-3 months protection. However if your vehicle is garaged at work and garaged at home 90% of the time. The life of the wax is going to be far longer 3 to 6 months.
What kind of wax do you use?
We use a variety of waxes, with amount available products waxes in the detail market our inventory and supplies are constantly changing. However we ensure all waxes used on your vehicle are up to our high standards. As we only use the highest quality brands such as, The Last Coat, Meguiar’s, Griot’s Garage, Chemical Guys, Adam’s and few more.
Do you use a clay bar on the paint?
We certainly do! Before we even think about waxing your car, its going to be cleaned and decontaminated through use of clay bar and iron remover. This way the wax is able to truly adhere and bond to the paint properly.
My paint feels kind of rough will this remove that?
YES! That roughness on the paint can be caused by two things: First maybe its been awhile since you’ve clayed the paint or maybe you’ve never used clay before. So there is dirt and containments that have embedded themselves into your vehicles paint. OR It could be paint overspray that has landed on your vehicle both of which produce that rough feeling on your paint when your run your hand over it.
How long does this service take to complete?
Time needed to complete is going to depend on the size and condition of the vehicle. On average we are able to complete within 2-4 hours.
